• Sorry, EH - but COD is only available in Canada. COD orders are subject to an additional $5.00 shipping cost.
• Buyer/receiver is responsible for all shipping costs and/or duties imposed by customs.
• Once your payment has cleared, all orders are promptly shipped.
• In Canada, orders may be shipped via Canada Post, COD or courier of your choosing (if service is available).
• For tracking purposes, orders shipped outside of Canada will be shipped UPS or Purolator.
• Orders shipped by courier must have a house/apartment, street address and daytime telephone of the individual the order is being shipped to.
• If you pay by cheque, please allow 3-7 business days for cheques originating in Canada to clear. For cheques originating in the United States, allow 7-14 business days for cheques to clear.
• Simmons Hot Gourmet Products is not responsible for any loss or damage to shipment. Every effort is made to insure that orders leave our premises in good order. Any damage should be reported to within 24 hours to the Courier.
• Sorry to be long winded, but wouldn’t you rather know this stuff now to avoid you tearing your hair out, raising your frustration level, shouting at the dog - well you get the picture.
